The rest injection mold elements as below. Core back plate. It holds the core insert in place and acts as a "stiffener". It is usually made of mild steel. Guide pillar and guide bush. The guide pillar and guide bush align the fixed and moving halves of a mold in each cycle. The material cases are usually made of medium carbon steel and will have higher hardness. Ejector guide pillar and guide bush. These components ensure the alignment of the ejector assembly so that the ejector pins are not damaged. They are usually made of CHMCS. The guide pillar typically has higher hardness than the guide bush. Ejector plate. This holds the ejector pins and is usually made of mild steel. Ejector back plate. Usually made of case-hardened, medium carbon steel material (CHMCS). Sprue bush: The bush has a taper hole of 3°to 5°and is usually made of CHMCS. The material enters the mold through the sprue bush. Top plate: It is used to clamp the top half of the mold to the moving half of the molding machine and is usually made of mild steel. Cavity plate: The plate used to create a cavity (via a gap) that will be filled with the plastic material and form the plastic component. Usually made of mild steel. Core plate: The core plate projects into the cavity place and creates hollow portions in the plastic component. This core plate is usually made of hardened hot die P20 steel without hardening after core machining. Sprue puller bush: The sprue puller bush is used to accommodate the sprue puller pin; usually made of CHMCS. Sprue puller pin: The sprue puller pin pulls the sprue from the sprue bush.     Plastic Injection Mould Design Consideration

    Plastic parts is widely used in many industries, so plastic injection mold is very important for plastic parts production, how to design perfect injection mold? In the fact, there are many design considerations in injection mold designing, so we will share some details as below.   Draft: Required in both the core and cavity for easy ejection of the finished component Shrinkage allowance: Depends on shrinkage property of material core and cavity size Cooling circuit: In order to reduce the cycle time, water circulates through holes drilled in both the core and cavity plates. Ejection gap: The gap between the ejector plate face and core back plate face should hold dimension within the core. It must allow component to be fully removed from the mold. Air vents: Removes gases entrapped between core and cavity (usually less than 0.05 mm gap), because excessive gaps can result in flash defects. Mold polishing: The core, cavity, runner and sprue should have good surface finish and should be polished along material flow direction. What is quality Die-Casting Molding Parts? We always produce high quality die-casting mold and die-casting parts for Aluminum, Zinc parts and Magnesium parts since 2012. PTMS started to produce die-casting mold and die-casting parts since 2012. We invested a die-casting shop for aluminum, zinc and magnesium parts processing as customers’ need, all mold makers have much experience in die-casting mold making.

Zinc Casting Machine
We have many advanced machines for die-casting mold making which include 4 sets Aluminum casting machines, 2 sets magnesium casting machines, 4 sets Zinc casting machines and 10 sets CNC machines for casting parts machining, others include Stamping Machines, Stamping Press Machines, Drilling & Screwing Machines. The workers have 5-15 years experience in operating machines, it is one important aspect to make high quality die-casting mold and die-casting parts.

Die-Casting mold

Our die-casting mold makers have much experience in die-casting mold making, there are 80 people in this shop, 5 CNC Programmers, 10 CNC Operators, 1 Wire Cutting Technicians, 10 Technicians for other machines, 20 Technicians for die-casting machines, 10 mold makers, 3 QC people, 2 PMC people, 8 clerks and etc.

Casting ShopWe can make Die-casting mold for aluminum, zinc & Magnesium alloy parts, we will make die-casting mold based on 2D/3D drawings that include Solid works, NX, Pro-E, Auto-CAD (NX, Master CAM) for CAM, the mold materials include Steel 45#, 50#, 60#, P20, 718, 2083, SKD61, etc. The mold maker can control die-casting mold cost in a reasonable range and make sure reasonable mold price because they have much experience to control the total cost in mold making. Single mold or Multi cavity mold are available for us to make, die-casting mold standard include HASCO, LKM, DME etc. Die-casting mold life will be accepted by customers for mass production purpose, the mold application will be Automotive, electronic, industrial, hardware, consumer, army and etc.

The die-casting mold designer have a meeting and discuss with die-casting mold makers about production every days, they will solve some questions in mold making, project manager also give some valuable comments to the mold maker. We keep in touch with customers during mold making and discuss some problems with them, we also send customers CPP (CRITICAL PATH PLANNING) to show mold making plan progress and actual progress and trial samples and try-out report to customer for testing. We will modify the die-casting mold if samples not accepted, but normally our first testing samples are excellent so die-casting mold is high quality.

Die-Casting molding parts

Zinc CastingWe have 10 sets machine for die-casting parts production with 88ton, 200ton and 280ton. Also many experienced people in die-casting parts production so they can control quality and the cost, the materials we can produce include Aluminum, Zinc and Magnesium, the details as Aluminum for A308, A380, A356, A360, A384 and Zinc for Zamak2, Zamak5, besides above, we can make Rapid prototyping, Precision CNC machining and Metal stamping parts. Surface treatment of die-casting parts include polished chrome plating, painting, PVC powder coating, oiled (rust-proof), zinc, nickel, chrome plating sandblasting and etc.

The die-casting molding parts are used for automotive, electronic, industrial, architectural, medical, consumer and etc. We have made die-casting parts for HTC, Samsung, HuaWei and ZTC for mobile cover. Summary

We have advanced die-casting machines and many years experience mold making team in die-casting parts industry and 3 QC technicians for each shift. QC inspect the samples by inspection equipments like as CMM, Projector, 2DMI, Micro Glass, Height Altimeter, Block Gauge, Pin Gauge, L-Square, Callipers, Micrometer, hardness, etc.

We send die-casting parts quality report to customers for check, such as FAI, SPC, CPK and etc. All the jobs we make are just for high quality die-casting mold and parts with reasonable price.
