Employees. The professional employees work hard and make the quality parts, meanwhile, the QC will inspect the parts with inspection machines and find some mistakes, if possible, they will send the reports to customers and the tooling team will modify these mistakes.
Quality original materials. As a professional plastic injection molding factory, the tooling materials should be passed SGS, ISO9001 certifications, plastic materials should be passed FDA SGS, ISO9001 or other related certifications. The materials are very important, and we always use the quality original materials and make sure quality products.
Here is a PA6 connector, very small size, precision parts made by PA6 + 30% GF, polishing, light saving, much difficult to be done, the accuracy is +/-0.001mm.
