We have two injection molding workshops. The first workshop operates 15 injection machines, including 8 Toyo machines, 2 Toshiba machines, 2 Nessie machines, 2 double-injection machines, 2 Sumitomo machines, and 1 Mitsubishi machine. The second workshop operates 20 injection machines equipped with robots for automatic part removal and runner separation.

Custom Injection Molding

Our injection molding shop produces mass-production parts for customers every day. We can provide custom injection molding with advanced injection machines when required. Insert molding and over molding can also be performed based on customer needs. These parts are commonly used in many industries, such as home appliances, medical devices, weapon accessories, printer accessories, automobile parts, connector parts, and more.

PTMS injection machines can run all types of resins-from commodity to engineered grades, high-temperature materials to filled materials. We only work with high-quality plastic resin suppliers in the industry, avoiding low-grade materials. All plastic resin we use is 100% qualified.

Custom Plastic Injection Molding

The plastic resin suppliers must provide certifications, including ISO, ROHS, and others. Customers must check the resin report and confirm the correct plastic materials before mold making. All materials we use are 100% brand-new because top-quality products are the foundation of our company.

We upgraded our production equipment to automated injection machines in 2015. Twenty injection machines were equipped with robots, allowing plastic parts and runners to fall automatically. This ensures reliable, efficient, and cost-effective injection molding production. Our company can perform secondary operations such as printing, painting, and plating if required.

As an ISO 9001-2008 certified plastic injection molding company, PTMS is very strict with product quality. There are eight QC technicians for each shift in our shop. They inspect samples using equipment such as CMM, projector, 2DMI, micro glass, height altimeter, block gauge, pin gauge, L-square, calipers, micrometers, and more. Quality reports (FAI, SPC, CPK, etc.) will be sent to customers for review. Custom plastic injection molding is available to customers at any time.
