Plastic Injection Mold Design
The engineers make mold design base on the function and appearance of products, they will study the part materials, design requirements and mass manufacturing, make sure the design is moldable and manufacturability, besides, project team will help the customer with the project problem all the time.
We use the most advanced software to design mold, the software includes Auto Cad, UG-NX, Pro-E, Master Cam, Power Mill, Mold Flow.Mold is designed into 2D and 3D module, it shows precision dimensions and all mold components. We will make injection mold design if plastic parts drawings received, the formats of 2D or 3D data should be DWG, DXF, UG, Pro-E, Solid works, IGES, STP, X_T. The standard includes HASCO, DME, RABOURDIN, LKM standard or enterprise injection mold standard.

Mold-Flow Analysis is very important for mold design and mold making, the engineer will make design analysis, such as Fill Simulations, Shrink or Warp Analysis, Fiber Orientation, Shear Stress Analysis, Weld Line Analysis, Finite Element Analysis, SLA/SLS Models, Rapid Prototyping, Process Development. DFM Report will be provided for customer at the first time.
The engineers also can design metal parts into plastic parts if customer requirement, just convert metal material into plastic resin, we also suggest customer to make mold instead of CNC machining metal parts, it will make much benefits to customers, such as lower cost, light weight, weather reno rusting or denting and etc.
