Metal Stamping
PTMS invested a stamping die production line in 2012 and make all kinds of metal stamping for some projects. There are enough advanced stamping machines in the line, such as CNC machine, stamping machine, stamping press machine, drilling machine, screwing machine and etc. Our employees have many years’ experience in operating such machines.
The shop needs to make metal stamping dies before metal stamping parts mass production, normally we choose the high-quality dies steel and make the mold, the mold materials include Steel 45#, 50#, 60#, P20, 718, etc. the customers should send us 2D data or 3D data, samples is ok if no drawings.
The metal stamping blanks we can make includes stainless steel, aluminum, zinc, magnesium alloy, copper and other metal. The metal stamping is widely used in many different industries, such as automotive, hardware, consumer, army and etc.

We can also make surface treatment for metal stampings, such as polished chrome plating, painting, PVC powder coating, oiled (rust-proof), zinc, nickel, chrome plating sandblasting and etc. QC will make good inspect for the die and parts with inspection equipment, they will change some points if possible free of change, also our project team have the ability to control the cost and make it as reasonable price.
