Today we will discuss somethings about medical injection molding, it is a traditional injection technology, using such tech to make plastic parts. to be honest, the profits are big for such parts, but not all can make them, because it is very precision and complex from design to the mass production, the following items can be for reference.
1. It should be professional injection mold engineers who knew how to design the medical mold and make such quality medical parts.
2. It should have 1-2 dust free line, because medical products need clean place to make the mass production and assembly.
3. QC is also very important for quality inspect, any questions, the guy should tell the engineers and project team, they need to modify something if possible.

Here is a small precision medical part – fixed bracket, it is internal parts, the accuracy is +/-0.001mm, used for implant teeth, POM resin, high hardness, wear resistance and durability, much difficult in tooling and production.
